The rules are short and simple. For advertisement, you must have a plot of what your site is about and a way to get to the site. The advertisement must be appropriate, because we may have small children on this site. Please don't post your site anymore then one time. If this is your first time posting it, then post in First timers.
For affiliating, all we ask of you is that it's a normal size and that you also put our banner up on your site. If our banner is not up within a week of us putting yours up, we will take yours down.
